The work we do
Faith Consult International does; Consultancy (baseline, process, impact, independent monitoring and evaluation), business advisory and financial management training, concept and proposal writing, short –term and longitudinal program interventions in the fields of social service delivery, education, social protection, public service and reform, anticorruption, infrastructure, production, climate change and water and sanitation among others. Besides, the consultancy firm does business development and modeling, policy development, assessment and reviews and well as forensic business assessment.
The firm has teams of consultants, researchers and research assistants in Uganda and the entire East African region with vast academic backgrounds and experience ranging from 10 – 38 years.
While leveraging the above expertise, the company develops evaluation strategies, design, analytical methods, data collection methods and activities. The teams design protocols for carrying out project interventions, research and evaluations in culturally diverse settings and groups. Moreover, the project implementation and M&E systems, tools and approaches developed by FCIL are reflective of the culturally diverse target populations.
FCIL has got special expertise and experience in agriculture value chain development including but not limited to training of farmers in various agricultural sub-sectors, value addition, market linkages and financial inclusion.

Work Environment at Faith Consult International Ltd
The consultancy firm has facilities and structures (office space including with spaces for permanent, temporary and international affiliate consultants, internet, transport and catering unit) to cater for the welfare and general work delivery of employees. We have departmental heads who work closely with respective field teams to come up with feasible operational plans and approaches for each respective consultancy assignments that we receive and consequently manage.
As Faith Consult International Ltd, we pride over our continued engagement and support intern students from various academic fields right from undergraduate, graduate and Ph.D. from several academic institutions; GIGA, Metropole University College-Denmark and University of Pretoria among others. Some include; social sciences, public and international health, education, economics and management as well as engineering. The placements and mentorship we provided with them give an opportunity to practically apply their skills and knowledge as well as extending their thinking and reflections about theories and the demands of the global job markets that consequently results into hatching innovative ideas and providing feasible solutions to diverse situations.
